All In: Don't Get Cross with Me

Series: All In

All In: Don't Get Cross with Me

Jesus was clear that his disciples were “all in.” Do you understand yourself to be all in for Christ? What does that mean to you? What parts of you might be held back from God, and why? These are tough questions, but answering them can lead to finding the life you have always wanted...the life Christ wants for you.

This is Confirmation Sunday, and at the 10:30 service we will celebrate the accomplishment of eight 8th graders who will confirm their faith after two years of connecting, growing and serving. Please pray for this class, welcoming them as members, and model for them authentic Christian discipleship.

Blessings,
Gary Holmes

Associated Scripture Passage(s):

Luke 9:23-25

Luke 9:23-25

23And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. 24For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. 25For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away? (KJV)
