Welcome!
We are glad you are here!
Please read these words of invitation from Pastor Gary and the members of the 2022 Servant Leadership Board:
Statement of Inclusion: Everyone Without Exception
Welcome to Sugar River United Methodist Church, where family, friends and neighbors Connect, Grow, and Serve in our relationship with God and others.
We affirm that all persons, regardless of age, gender, race, faith history, socioeconomic status, physical and mental ability, family make up, marital status or sexual orientation are individuals of sacred worth, created in the image of God (UMC 2016 Discipline ¶161g), and therefore everyone is welcome to become fully involved in Christian community as we become devoted disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
About Us
A note from Pastor Gary
Sugar River is a church where all are welcome.
Our vision to Connect, Grow and Serve in our relationships with God and others doesn't just happen within the walls of our beautiful building. We are a mission outpost for serving those in a time of need.
Our Pastor, Directors and Staff are passionate about Christ and how to share His love with others.
We pray that you will trust us enough to come see who we are and join us in a worship service, a core group, or a service project.
